Better Energy Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to start the day as they can contain a lot of nutrients in a blended state (great for digestion). This Beef Liver Energy Smoothie will provide foundational energy for your day :)

Ingredients: 

  • 1 small banana 
  • ½ cup frozen fruit ie berries or mango or pineapple
  • 1 tsp freeze-dried liver powder 
  • ½ an avocado 
  • ¼ cup ice
  • 1/2 - 1 cup your choice of milk/liquid of choice

Optional, if you have a protein powder or collagen powder, add a tablespoon. 

Method: 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
